Dethkills
CO-FOUNDER, CREATIVE DIRECTOR
As Co-Founder and Creative Director of Dethkills, a multi-faceted art collective, I oversee a wide range of creative endeavors, including marketing, event planning, live painting, screen printing, gallery installations, and non-profit work. Inspired by a DIY ethos and a passion for diverse artistic mediums, Dethkills has established a unique brand identity through our distinctive typography-based paintings and hand-screen printed apparel. With a nomadic spirit and a commitment to pushing boundaries, we continue to evolve and create.
Billabong Design for Humanity
CREATIVE DIRECTION, PROJECT MANAGEMENT
As Creative Director and Project Manager for Dethkills, I oversaw the conception, design, and execution of our immersive live art installation at Billabong’s Design for Humanity event. Coordinating a talented team of artists and technicians, I ensured a seamless transition from concept to reality. Our installation, featuring dynamic live paintings and a curated pop-up gallery of hand screen-printed art, contributed to the event’s vibrant atmosphere and showcased the power of art to inspire and connect.
Skrillex
CREATIVE DIRECTION
As Creative Director, I oversaw the design and development of a mural commissioned by artist Skrillex for his recording studio. The mural’s creative elements were leveraged to create a limited-edition hand-signed screen print of 75, as well as additional designs for tour merchandise and promotional materials.
Ride Snowboards
CREATIVE DIRECTION
Designed and created paintings that were used as graphic elements for artist series snowboard. Original paintings were used in online giveaway contest. Directed and produced national TV spot.
Culture Collide Festival
CREATIVE DIRECTION, PROJECT MANAGEMENT
As Creative Director and Project Manager for Dethkills, I curated and presented a pop-up shop for Dickies at Filter Magazine's Culture Collide Festival in Echo Park, California. In addition to overseeing the live art installation and interactive screen printing, I also designed the cover for the festival program guide, incorporating the same visual elements as the live painting installation in the pop-up shop. This cohesive design created a visual thread that tied the various elements of the festival together.
